Ticket terms and refund policy
Version 2026-10-13.2. These terms apply to tickets for MeetPixils on Friday 27 November 2026 at The ARC Business Park, Amman, and to MeetBattle registration.

1. Tickets and prices
- Prices are in Jordanian Dinars and include 16% general sales tax. The price shown when you buy is the full price. Nothing is added on top.
- Normal pass, 15 JOD: entry to the event, talks, workshops and networking.
- Speaker pass, 25 JOD: everything in the Normal pass, a 5-minute slot on the Speaker Stage, dinner with the other speakers and mentors, your name and photo on the speaker line-up, a front-row seat with priority entry, and stage photos of your talk sent after the event.
- Speaker talks: you give a topic when you buy. We confirm the final title with you before the event. If we cannot accept a topic (for example political content, or content that breaks the code of conduct), you can change it or get a full refund.
- Events are for people aged 18 and over.
2. Payment and confirmation
- You pay by CliQ transfer to the alias PIXILATED and upload a screenshot of the transfer. We check every transfer in our bank account by hand and confirm or decline your ticket within 2 working days.
- If we cannot verify or accept your payment, or the Speaker slots are already full, we refund the full amount to the account it came from within 3 working days.
- Once approved, your QR ticket becomes valid. The ticket and its confirmation email are your proof of purchase.
3. Refunds and cancellation
- If you cancel: you get a full refund if you cancel up to 7 days before the event (by Friday 20 November 2026). After that, tickets are not refundable, but you can give your ticket to someone else free of charge up to 24 hours before the event by sending us their name.
- If we cancel the event for any reason, you get a full refund within 14 days, without having to ask.
- If we postpone or make a major change (a new date, a venue outside Amman, or removing a feature of your pass such as the Speaker Stage slot or the speakers' dinner), your ticket stays valid, or you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of our announcement.
- How refunds are paid: by CliQ or bank transfer to the account the payment came from, with no fees.
- No refund if you are refused entry or asked to leave for breaking the event rules, or if you do not attend without cancelling under point 1.

4. MeetBattle
- Registration for MeetBattle is free. Teams are judged on skill by a named panel against published criteria. There is no draw and no element of chance.
- The full rules, including prize amounts, judging criteria and how prizes are paid, are published before registration closes. Prizes are paid exactly as announced.
- If you register teammates, you confirm each of them agreed. Each teammate receives an email to confirm or remove themselves, and details not confirmed within 7 days are deleted.
5. At the event
- Treat everyone with respect. We may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave who harasses others or puts people at risk.
- We take photos and video for coverage. If you prefer not to appear, tell us at the door and we will give you a no-photo sticker. We only feature close-ups of people who agreed to it.
6. Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Jordanian law, including Consumer Protection Law No. 7 of 2017. Jordanian law applies and the courts of Amman decide any dispute. If the Arabic and English texts differ, the Arabic text applies. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy notice.
